A walk on the wild side of South Purdown during the Easter holidays with Steve England, learning about the wildlife that appears in the Spring! On this circular route, we will take a look at our local park wildlife, it’s critters and creatures, find all sorts of exciting wild things and get to understand some fun and interesting facts about the plants, hedgerows and trees that are part of our neighbourhood.
- Meet at the Old Library – grab a pre-walk coffee and cake – Old Library opens at 10!
- Walk setting off at around 10:30am
- Walk approximately 1.5 hours
- Feel free to bring your lunch to eat back at the Old Library afterwards
Booking tickets for this walk is essential – the Old Library will be open to all on this day.
This event is aimed at families with children aged 10+. Children under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Please dress according to the weather and wear sturdy footwear. Bring binoculars if you like, notepad and pen and a drink for the walk! If you can no longer attend, please let us know (steveenglandbristol@gmail.com) ASAP so we can open the spot up for others.
